Kabobers

Since the weather is so nice, and all the yummy peppers and tomatoes are filling the gardens, we thought we would take advantage and make steak kabobs.  A very good idea to stretch a dollar with your steak...

What you will need...
  • 1 sirloin steak, season with steak seasoning, cut into 1 inch sections
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1 inch sections
  • 1 red pepper, cut into 1 inch sections
  • 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch sections
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 skewers
Warm up the grill.  On eat skewer, start placing the steak, onion, peppers, and tomoatoes.  When all skewers are filled, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.  Grill until steak and vegetables are cooked like you want them.  We grill them about 12 minutes, turning once...YUM-OLA!

Sides to think about...Would be great with red potatoes, rice, a salad, or another vegetable.

How many people can eat...Depends on who is eating and how many kabobs they will devour!
