Just Peachy Tilapia

We were craving some fish, and saw this salsa in the grocery.  We didn't know how it would turn out at first, but it is fantastic!  You could try this with a variety of seafood...


What you will need...
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • mango and peach salsa (Private Selection Kroger Brand)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Super easy!!!  Preheat your oven to 400*.  Brush each tilapia with olive oil on both sides and lay in a baking pan.  Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.  Top each with the salsa and bake for about 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked just how you like it...YUM-OLA!!!

Sides to think about...this would be great with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans OR a summer citrus salad!

How many people can eat...should feed 4.
